Privacy Policy

Who we are. This website is operated by Private Label Services Pty Ltd trading as CoLab Wines (ABN 67 653 748 728) of 170 Riverend Road, Bangholme VIC 3175 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect. When you enter the Pass Over to Paradise promotion, we collect your name, email address, purchasing store, an image of your purchase receipt, and (if you provide it) your mobile number. If you tick the marketing opt-in, we also record that choice.

Why we collect it. We use your information to run the promotion: verifying your entry and age eligibility, conducting the draws, contacting winners, awarding prizes, and publishing draw results. If you opted in to marketing, we’ll also use your email to send you San Junipero news and offers.

Receipt images. Receipt images are used solely to verify your entry. You’re welcome to obscure anything unrelated on your receipt (other purchases, payment card details) before uploading. Receipt images are stored securely, accessed only by people administering the promotion, and securely deleted within three months of the final draw.

Who we share it with. We don’t sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run the promotion (such as our website hosting and form providers) and where required by law. Some service providers may store data on servers located overseas; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.

Marketing. Marketing emails are only sent if you opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting in is voluntary and not a condition of entering the promotion. You can unsubscribe at any time by using that link or contacting us.

Storage and security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Entry data is retained only as long as needed to administer the promotion and meet our legal obligations, then deleted.

Access and correction. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@colabwines.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
