Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. The Promoter is Private Label Services Pty Ltd trading as CoLab Wines (ABN 67 653 748 728) of 170 Riverend Road, Bangholme VIC 3175 (“the Promoter”).
  2. Entry period. The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026 (“the Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  3. Eligibility. Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, Drinks Network, participating retailers, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. How to enter. To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period: (a) purchase San Junipero from a participating retailer in Victoria; and (b) complete the online entry form, including their full name, email address, purchasing store, and a photo of their purchase receipt. Limit of one (1) entry per qualifying purchase. Multiple entries are permitted with separate qualifying purchases, each with its own receipt.
  5. Proof of purchase. Each entry must be accompanied by an uploaded image of the purchase receipt clearly showing the San Junipero purchase, the retailer, and the purchase date. Entries with missing, illegible, duplicate, or altered receipts will be invalid. Entrants may obscure any unrelated information on their receipt (such as other purchases or payment details) before uploading. The Promoter may request the original receipt before awarding a prize.
  6. Entry limits and conduct. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries it reasonably believes are duplicates, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these terms, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  7. The prizes. There are three (3) prizes — one awarded in each monthly draw. Each prize is one spa/health retreat package for two (2) people, valued at $500. Total prize pool value: $1,500. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The retreat provider and booking details will be confirmed with each winner; any costs not expressly included (including travel to and from the retreat) are the winner’s responsibility. Prizes must be booked and used within 12 months of being awarded unless otherwise agreed.
  8. The draws. Three monthly draws will be conducted electronically by random selection at 12:00pm on the first business day following the end of each entry month:
    • Draw 1: valid entries received 1–30 September 2026, drawn 1 October 2026
    • Draw 2: valid entries received 1–31 October 2026, drawn 2 November 2026
    • Draw 3: valid entries received 1–30 November 2026, drawn 1 December 2026
    Entries are only eligible for the draw covering the month in which they were received. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of each draw, and results published on the Promotion website for at least 28 days.
  9. Unclaimed prizes. If a prize is not claimed within three (3) months of the relevant draw, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 12:00pm on the first business day after that period expires, at the Promoter’s address, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
  10. Verification. The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and purchase before awarding a prize. Prizes will not be awarded to anyone who cannot verify eligibility.
  11. Privacy. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information (including receipt images) to conduct and administer the Promotion, verify entries, and award prizes. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available via the link on this website. Receipt images are used only to verify entries and are securely deleted within three (3) months of the final draw. Entrants may opt in to receive San Junipero news and offers; opting in is voluntary and not a condition of entry, and entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  12. Publicity. Winners may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity connected with this Promotion. Participation in publicity is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving a prize. The Promoter will only use a winner’s name, image, or likeness in promotional material with that winner’s prior consent.
  13. Responsible service. The Promoter encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. This Promotion does not encourage excessive or rapid consumption of alcohol. Visit drinkwise.org.au.
  14. General. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures beyond its reasonable control. If this Promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel it subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
  15. Jurisdiction. This Promotion is open to Victorian residents only and is conducted in accordance with Victorian law.
